With a stylistic focus that zooms in on the era where denim transitioned from "workwear" to a casual fabric, Fullcount were the first brand to start making their denim from hand-picked Zimbabwean cotton, which is famous for its long staple length (granting it both greater softness and durability than short staple cottons). This variant of the 1341 jean is based on Fullcount's 0105 cut, with a wide, straight-leg fit and a high rise. These have a super classic and relaxed five-pocket configuration, calling back to some of the more relaxed men's denim fits from the 1960s. They're made from Fullcount's flagship denim, a 13.75oz, 100% Zimbabwean cotton selvedge denim, produced in Japan. An extremely comfortable medium weight, it's suitable for wear almost year-round. The fabric is finished with a custom wash treatment, recreating authentic fading and handling any preliminary shrinkage. Immediately pretty soft and comfortable, these will only get better with time as the fabric relaxes further and the indigo continues to fade. The trims are also worth noting, as they're on par with the excellent fit and fabric - custom Fullcount copper rivets and 100% cotton thread keep everything held together, while a custom Fullcount metal button fly closes up the front. On the back, Fullcount's goatskin tag sits above two roomy rear pockets. These fit very small in the waist - check our measurements before ordering . Cold wash and hang dry. 100% cotton 13.75oz custom Japanese selvedge denim Made
