From Standard & Strange
Inspired by the (now vintage) workshirts of yesteryear, the Scout Shirt has the perfect blend of style, utility, and personality. Cut big, with a roomy body that will sit comfortably over a tee (or not), so you have some space to breathe if you're, you know, laboring in this shirt. The Western version just gives it a bit of extra cowboy flair, with a snap closure and an angled front and back yoke. It's made from a 100% cotton 8oz plaid that Freenote pulled from the archives of Caitac Denim in Japan. The plaid design is yarn-dyed, meaning that the pattern comes from how the fabric was woven together, and isn't printed or applied after production. Comfortable and soft from the moment you put it on, the fabric has also been rinsed to account for any initial shrinkage, taking any guesswork out of sizing. Runs slightly large — you may want to size down if you're in between sizes. Wash cold and hang dry. 100% cotton 8oz yarn-dyed plaid from Caitac Denim in Japan 1/8" double needle detail Pearl barrel snaps from Japan Chainstitch runoffs Two acorn chest pockets Western back yoke Rinsed Custom Labels Fits true to size Wash cold and hang dry Designed and Produced in Southern California, USA
