1st PAT-RN is the brainchild of designers Cristiano Berto and Silvia Piccin, established out of their combined experience in design and fashion consultation. Their garments are laser focused on wearability and optimized for daily life. Kind of a strange sentence, because what clothes aren't? But it starts to make a lot more sense once you've tried on some 1st PAT-RN. Everything, and we do mean everything, from the fabric composition, to the cut, to the placement of pockets, is done with the wearer in mind. The Boston Shirt is a simple button-up dress shirt that can be styled casually or dressed-up with ease. It's got a nicely relaxed fit through the body, with a curved shirttail hem, a single chest pocket, and a rounded club collar. It's got plenty of room through the torso, with an elongated torso that tucks in handsomely (and stays tucked through the day) — the back also features an inverse box pleat to help everything drape more naturally. It's made from a lightweight blended stripe fabric, woven from a mix of natural modal, polyamide, and cupro yarns to create a fabric that is soft, breathable, and surprisingly durable. The natural fibers help the comfortable stripe fabric to breathe more easily and dry quickly, making it ideal for the spring/summer season. Fits true to size with a relaxed body.
