Iconic Destination Series The heart of this scent is patchouli, a dark, slightly sweet, intoxicating aroma that resembles the vibrant expressions of Venice’s local artisans, where you find purses fashioned from silk-screened velvet, and glass jewels brighter than semiprecious stones. With fuschia-pink sunsets that have sent centuries of artists mad, you catch whiffs of rose floral notes to get a lovely warm, woody smell. Luscious and romantic. Inspiration As the city is built on marshland at the edge of a lagoon, its existence has always required maintaining a careful balance between the city and the natural world.
