Our rugby shirt proves you don’t need to play the game (or even understand it) to appreciate the tactility and versatility of a proper rugby. Cut from 9.4oz yarn-dyed cotton jersey, it has the heft and presence of vintage sportswear. The collar nods to our ‘English Classic’ shirts, while a slightly trimmer body and higher armholes keep it sharp enough for a blazer or, frankly, anything else. Part of our collaboration with Tokyo-based artist and painter Mayumi Yamase, the rugby shirt features an embroidered motif on the back and patch on the chest.
